This one day introduction course is intended for anyone who needs a cursory understanding of lyophilization and freeze dryers. This course will include an explanation of basic freeze dryer operation; including basic components, stages of lyophilization, operations, lyophilization cycles, and pre-cycle operation.

This course is a survey of fundamental freeze drying operations using terminology and concepts explained in everyday language. It discusses the key lyophilizer subsystems as they relate to the freeze drying sequence. Freeze Dryer Diagnostic Workshop

Three day course

This is an advanced course for individuals with five years or more of industry experience. Participants will increase their ability to develop methods to minimize unplanned down time. The course follows the structure of our Fundamentals course with a heavy emphasis on identifying present and potential problems and finding practical solutions.

Low Temperature Refrigeration

Three day course

Course Cost: $1,835.00

This course provides an in-depth examination of low temperature refrigeration systems. The course emphasizes compound compressor refrigeration but also covers cascade and auto-cascade refrigeration. Particular emphasis will be placed on correct operating parameters such as compressor ratios and calculating interstage pressures, and how these factors impact the efficiency of the refrigeration circuits. Registration

The registration fee includes course manuals, continental breakfasts, and lunch and beverage breaks. SP TechCare personnel will be available for questions and discussions.

In order to maintain the high quality of our workshops, our seating is limited, so Please Register Early. No registrations will be accepted at the door.

Cancellations

Refund requests must be in Writing. You will receive a full refund if we are notified of your cancellation 2 weeks or more prior to the start of the training course.

If we are notified of your cancellation in writing less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the workshop, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

Accommodations

SP TechCare will reserve a block of rooms at the host hotel. Upon receipt of your registration form and fee we will send you complete hotel information. Please make your reservations directly with the hotel. Be sure to identify yourself as being with the SP TechCare group to take advantage of any discounts which may have been negotiated. The hotel accommodations are not included in the workshop price.
